Printed Gift Shop has an ever increasing range of framed gifts and personalised posters. Intended to be a better value alternative to boutique homeware sites, the range of personalised wall art, typography prints and quality picture frames is growing by the week. Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. All payments are processed using a secure system provided by Paypal and customer details are not made available to Printed Gift Shop at or after the sale. For more information see our detailed policy page.

Payment and Delivery

Payment is taken immediately through PayPal or your debit/credit card issuer. Items are usually despatched within 48 hours of your order, and delivered by MyHermes. We use recycled cardboard packaging in order to save cost and help eco credentials.

If you have problems making a payment, we recommend you contact your card issuer or Paypal. We can advise if a payment has gone through but we cannot diagnose other payment isues for you. 

Refunds and Returns Policy

If your item does not arrive in perfect condition, please email sales@printedgiftshop.com with a photograph of the item and we will investigate. In some circumstances it is possible to replace or refund the item without the need for you to return it, but this would depend on the situation.

For personalised items please make sure you check all data you submit with the order, in order to reduce the risk of mistakes on the final piece. Above all, good communication is key to a good online retail experience. 

As with all internet purchases, you are protected by the Sale of Goods Act. Our aim is to uphold the best standards of service and quality.

If there is a problem with your item, we need to know about it. We take great care in getting designs and packing absolutely right, but we know that sometimes things can go wrong.

Refunds are made to the same account or payment method used for purchase. We use PayPal as our payment merchant, which incorporates PayPal payments as well as card payments. If you made your purchase using your debit or credit card then the funds must go back to that same card.
